We hope that everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving last week. As the year is coming to a close, we’d like to acknowledge our team’s busy and successful fall. Midwest Construction Partners has been awarded a ground up Take 5 Oil Change, ground up 7 Brews in Michigan (2 locations), Zarminali Pediatrics in the Chicagoland area (2 locations), negotiated Scooter’s Coffee deals in the Western suburbs (2 locations), as well as an upcoming Eurofins Micro Lab buildout.
Our big event this month is ICSC + Centerbuild in Arizona. Our team can’t wait to escape the snow for a few days while collaborating with other dealmakers. Let us know if we’ll see you at any upcoming events in December!
